The Ruttles brought ranching to Gnome Island along with the original stock of weasels which immediately went into hiding where they remain today. The ranch is home to a dozen ranch hands that maintain the livestock and vast array of tree bark needed to feed the the Bagpipe Loons and Spitun Sparrows. Tonla is fond of black grass. Cares nothing for the white. The deepest family contemplations are hers alone.
