Scott Simmonds.
A self-proclaimed Freudian, Scott's work is always about something: landscape, figure & ground, sex.
"We live in a time of paradox when computer and television screen acuity is paramount and yet reality is seldom seen, it is scanned. My painting is an attempt to slow the eye, allowing a personal impression to be formed, a thought beyond thinking to take place that is less ephemeral than electronic media."
Scott currently lives and works on Mercer Island, WA, and has exhibited his paintings & prints in Seattle and New York.
Gitte Peters.
A gifted artist with the ability to feel and portray images and thoughts beneath the surface. A visionary with the ultimate message of love, peace and happiness.
Born in Denmark to a family of artists and musicians, Gitte Peters sensed her gift early on and started the pursuit of her artistic journey in the early 90’s with great success in the second year of her debut- 36 exhibitions all sold out in one year. After spending the first decade in Denmark with hundreds of her paintings hanging in homes, galleries, banks and companies, she decided to move to South of France, driven by her love for its beautiful nature and surroundings.
After years of evolution in her style, Gitte has become well known in several parts of the world as the master of expressionist creation of nature, flowers and poetic water scenes.
