SZ is proud to announce that Gary Henderson Interiors is now located on Mercer Island. As long-time collaborators, Suzanne & Gary are looking forward to growing their full-service Architecture & Interior Design team together.

Gary has been working with Suzanne for 15 years, completing several major projects together, including Caruccio’s Culinary Event Center. Suzanne admires Gary’s experienced authority in the field of interior design, as well as his personable and friendly communication style with clients and across teams. He brings a humanity back to the process of design, and similar to Suzanne’s own philosophy, Gary designs with solely the client in mind.

Caruccio’s – A Fully-Realized Dream

It takes a certain type of person to take a dream business plan and build it into reality. It also takes a supreme level of trust in another person to help you create exactly what you want, especially if you’re not entirely sure how to make every detail happen.

For Lisa and Rino Caruccio, that person is Suzanne Zahr.

Caruccio’s is the newest state-of-the-art Culinary Event Center on Mercer Island, set to have their grand opening on Thursday, September 14th. It all started from an idea that Lisa Caruccio had to create a space for the community to gather, eat, and learn, along with elevating the culinary arts.

As the face of Caruccio’s, Lisa Caruccio explained why she chose Suzanne Zahr to work on her brand identity in addition to designing the physical space: “My intuition that I liked and trusted Suzanne led me to use her for other areas and be my one point of contact, which streamlined many things. We collaborated well together, and there was no question to go with her because she understood what I wanted (and didn't want) very well. [We have] a mutual respect.”
