Most multi-bedroom apartments aren’t designed with easy roommate living in mind. In fact, many multi-bedroom apartments on the market today are 1 or 2 bedroom units converted into many rooms, cutting down on the size of private spaces, while providing inadequately sized shared spaces.

Living at Common saves our members on average $380 per month as compared to a traditional studio. These savings include the cost of utilities, WiFi, free weekly cleanings, and shared supplies. Our free community events also save members money on fun happenings around their city.
Flexibility
Common offers its members 6, 9, and 12-month leases, and the ability to transfer within Common homes, either within your city or across the country. With most traditional rentals, you have to sign on for a 12 month (or longer) lease, and if you’re looking for a new apartment — whether because you got a new job or just want to try out life in another city — that means breaking your lease and going through the apartment search process all over again.
